Azteca Ranch Market is the primary tenant at this Caleb Investment & Management, Inc. location. The property was desperately in need of building and site improvements to meet current zoning requirements and improve business customer traffic.

This design embraces the use of durable economical metallic metal panels and detailing to compliment the required Colfax Ave. Design Standards and Roadside District color pallet.
A large dynamic architectural design feature was incorporated at the building’s most visible corner in addition to raising the parapet along the E. Colfax Ave. to improve the tenant’s visibility and the buildings stature.

Landscaping is maximized along both street frontages. Colfax Ave. landscaping includes new street trees, a ten foot wide pedestrian sidewalk and raised planters to safely separate pedestrians and screen parking and drive areas.
