Century Square Shopping Center
Location: East Colfax Ave & Havana St. Aurora, CO
Square Footage: 63,850 Three Buildings
Completion: December 2008
ArcWest Architects provided architectural engineering and Planning
Department submissions coordination services for the redevelopment of
the Century Square Shopping Center. This 5.4 acre site includes three
buildings dating to the 1970’s and early 1980’s. The anchor tenant
space has been vacant for some time. Recently the upscale Liborio
Market has renovated the interior of the old King Suppers and
significantly increased traffic to the center. The building owners
decided to utilize federal redevelopment funds and build on this
momentum. This building is part of the historical East Colfax Mainstreet
Overlay District.
