Calkins Media recently completed construction of a new production
facility for their Bucks County Courier Times publication. This new
remote production facility was constructed anticipating the potential to be
expanded to incorporate their existing Sunday Packaging Operation
without impacting the ability to expand the production operation as well.

Calkins retained ArcWest to develop master plan options expanding this
production facility to allow construction to be completed without impact to
the daily operation. Each of the masterplans included plans, equipment
coordination, outline specifications, schedules, and phasing plans that
were turned over to a local contractor for pricing. Once pricing was
obtained the package was used by Calkins Media to determine a
direction for the future location of the Sunday Packaging Center.
