Often a specific project may be part of a larger masterplan or a component in a sequence of development. Each of the individual projects may require a finite skill set of the project team. When an owner’s capacity for management or the ability to dedicate valuable resources is not available, a Program Manager may be retained.
ArcWest Architects has extensive experience managing multiple projects or multiple project components. ArcWest can employ their experience and tools to manage all components of the overall program. ArcWest may also perform some of the individual project scope and services (as discussed further in other professional services) at the owner’s discretion or may provide only the management of individual project scopes.
