Kevin Anderson provided low cost quality architectural and design solutions for the redevelopment of storefront and signage for the Iola Court Building. This building was structurally sound but lacked the detail and amenities which were needed to attract tenants. The owner was very interested in taking part in this federally funded community development program which provided 100% matching funds for store frontage and sidewalk improvements.

Significant improvements included the addition of a brick parapet, new tinted windows in aluminum frames, steel canopies, sidewalk trees and planters. This project has set a standard for similar community developments in the East Colfax Avenue area.
