ArcWest Architects and engineering team provided architectural design / engineering services to remodel a partially occupied mezzanine commercial office space which serves the larger Service Uniform Company Facility.  Fulfilling a primary goal of this commercial project, the new design of the office layout accommodated the working space needs of the staff allowing for greater efficiency in day to day functions.

Integration of a new mechanical system to serve the remodeled space that was previously unoccupied required close coordination between the architectural and engineering teams.

As with most all projects, providing a constructable solution that would stay within budget was a priority expected by the owner. The project was successfully delivered under budget with only a minimum number of change orders during the process.
