As an employee of Zannoni Hechaman Payto, Partnership, Inc. Todd Heirls was responsible for Project Management, Design and Project Architecture of the Key Conference Center in the Key Tower. This project encompassed planning, programming, design and construction administration for the 1650 square foot conference center dedicated to tenant use in the 57 story tower. This facility encompassed three types of conference infrastructure including large scale video conferencing, amphitheater style presentation, and flexible classroom arrangements. Each of the conference areas could be operated independently without interfering with the operation of the others. A state of the art video, audio, and electronic presentation system was incorporated allowing any type of media available at the time of installation to be presented

Todd Heirls worked closely with the building management, the developer, and audio visual equipment vendors to coordinate the state of the art equipment to work behind the scenes of the conference center.
