The Cardiac Prevention facility of Landerbrook is a component of
the University Hospitals Synergy program. Synergy represents
the aggregation of associated health services in strategic
community locations around the Cleveland, Ohio area. This
medical office was associated with the Culinary Demonstration
Center and the Internal Medicine Offices.
As an employee of Zannoni Hechaman Payto, Partnership, Inc.
Todd Heirls was responsible for Program Management, Design
and Project Architecture of the Synergy complex. This project
encompassed planning, programming, design and construction
administration for a 19,000 square foot medical office
encompassing diagnostic, treatment, preventative care, and
conditioning for heart patients.
Todd Heirls worked closely with the operating and planning staff
as well as nationally known specialists to design an inviting
environment, while maintaining an efficient flow for patients and
professionals.
