ArcWest Architects was retained by DP Capital & Liberty to refine and create conceptual design development documents for a unit cluster incorporating three prototypical single unit plans, then to use this cluster to build up a prototypical 6 unit plan.  The design work requested revises and builds upon conceptual unit plans provided by the owner.  Once approved the resultant prototypical unit cluster will be used by the client for initial pricing, as well as a constructability review by the builder / contractor.

In tandem to pricing the prototypical unit plans will be used in the owners marketing effort to pre-commission home units ahead of construction.  The pre-sale effort will be used to fund the project as well as to provide valuable salability input to be used in subsequent unit design.

The proposed project targets a medium income home buyer who seeks a quality “livable” residence with features typical of a more upscale residence, i.e. a fireplace at main level.
