To whom it may concern,
I run the Commercial Renovation Program for the City of Aurora. This position has put me in contact with many Architects over the years. I have worked with Kevin Anderson as an architect and ArcWest as a company for over seven years.
ArcWest has proven to be very professional in every category. Their designs have always been well thought out and expressed in clear detailed drawings. I am particularly pleased with their listening skills. Many times our clients aren’t sure what they are looking for in a design. Kevin has been able to understand their needs and provide them with multiple solutions for their concerns.
A strong benchmark I use is in evaluating architects is the amount of addendums issued in the bid process. ArcWest’s drawings are superior in representing a well thought out project. This one features alone eliminates excessive field change orders.
On all levels I highly recommend ArcWest Architects.
