Dear Kevin,
I’m sorry for the delay in writing to you after the grand opening of our Klamath Falls, Oregon Herald and News facility, but I wanted to let you know how much everyone in our company appreciated your efforts in driving home the project to completion. Thanks to you and Todd, the building was completed substantially in time and on budget, no small feat considering some of the logistical issues involved with the site.
We especially appreciate your good humor and good wil throughout the project. Many architects let their ego stand between the building and the customer, but we never felt that with you or Todd. From the vigorous value engineering exercise down to the choice of exterior colors, you always seemed to keep our best interest paramount in your recommendations.
When compared to other architectural firms, we found the cost for your services to be more than reasonable and you were always conscious of ways for us to save some money in your travel choices.
Since we’ve retained you to work on a second facility for our company, it should be very obvious that we would give you, Todd and your firm the highest recommendation
Best Reguards
