It is truly my pleasure to write this letter recommending Kevin Anderson and ArcWest Architects to anyone considering them for an architectural project such as we have just completed with the benefit of their services.

Kevin Anderson did excellent work in every phase of our project, which included redesigning the exterior of a 65,000 square foot grocery anchored shopping center originally built in the early 1980’s. The project was quite challenging. We were very pleased with Kevin’s creative design which solved a number of problems associated with the project, all within budget.

Kevin very capably guided us through the entire project. The scope of his services included, in addition to design, hiring and coordinating other professionals, submissions to and working with governmental entities, handling the bidding process and assisting in selection of a contractor, numerous meetings with owner and contractor, construction supervision and dealing with a multitude of problems that typically arise in projects like these.

All of Kevin’s work was performed very responsibly, timely, efficiently and in an organized fashion. Kevin worked very well with all of the other individuals and entities involved in bringing the project to conclusion. My recommendation would not be complete if I neglected to mention what a pleasure it was to work with Kevin throughout this process. He was very responsive to our needs and always found time to help us solve problems, whether related directly or indirectly to the project. Needless to say, we were thoroughly pleased with the outcome of the project.
