Construction Administration is an integral component of any construction project as it is the only opportunity for the owner to assure the construction document project scope is being implemented correctly. ArcWest and its Principles have the experience and the standardized methodologies critical to administer the construction phase of projects ranging in scale and scope.

ArcWest provides construction administration with all full service architecture and engineering projects as required by an individual states registration requirements and standard of care required of architects. ArcWest can decouple this service and contract with local architects of the owner’s choice to work on ArcWest’s behalf. This approach can result in greater access to an architect’s representative and less cost for travel.
