Where the masterplan provides a “project road map” the program is the “project recipe”. The programming process is tailored to the desires of the client.  It may be limited to a list of individual spaces and their square footage, or it may be expanded to include overall goals, concepts, and needs of the entire facility as well as the individual spaces.  Regardless of the scale the program will be used to guide the design of the eventual project.

ArcWest and ArcWest’s Principals are experienced programming leaders and have guided the process for small 10,000 SF interior office reconfigurations through 180,000 square feet production intensive projects.  Although a standard methodology is utilized, the methodology is customized to the requirements of the project.  Regardless of the scale, documents are generated to follow in later stages of the project.  Great design is created from accurate and dynamic programming.
