Todd founded ArcWest to focus on project management and operational organization and build a firm portfolio of both residential and commercial projects. The profession recognizes Todd as a responsive project manager with an in-depth understanding of integrated building systems and construction methods. As a project leader Todd collaborates directly with owners and senior management to develop a design that meets the client’s goals with functional and aesthetic solutions.
Todd’s hobbies include mountain biking, skiing, camping and welding. Todd had become and experienced welder and many time fabricates custom steel details used in ArcWest’s projects. Prior to forming ArcWest, Todd held senior management positions with national A&E firms.
Todd is married to Tina and they have two children, Connor and Ainsley.More Information

Kevin founded ArcWest to focus on design and build a firm portfolio of both residential and commercial projects. Kevin has been a licensed Colorado Architect for over 25 years and is known as a creative and strong designer with a thorough understanding of the architectural and construction process. This is demonstrated with successfully completed projects as diverse as corporate office buildings, publishing facilities, urban redevelopment and single family residences.
Kevin’s hobbies include traveling, mountain biking, hiking, camping and enjoying Denver’s urban culture. Prior to forming ArcWest, Kevin and his wife Erika spent two years in the South Pacific country of Vanuatu as Peace Corps Volunteers.
Kevin is married to Erika and they have a daughter, Isla.

Robin has been practicing architecture in Denver for over 20 years and maintains a LEED Green Associate certificate. Robin strives to maintain a reputation for dedication and focus towards client service while offering creative solutions at all levels of design and construction issues. As a project manager, Robin brings a depth of planning & design experience to each unique project.
Robin’s hobbies include mountain biking, skiing, camping, photography and music.
Robin is married to Susan and they have three children, Hazel, Althea and Delilah.More Information
Cameron Kruger joined the ArcWest team in January 2015. Cameron and his wife, Mary Beth, are enjoying their move to Denver and the opportunities that the growing metro Denver area provides. Before joining ArcWest Architects, Cameron worked in Boulder as a General Contractors Assistant on the renovation of multi family units, scope and bid coordination for an Arkansas excavation company and the Espo Fire and Water department in Tulsa, OK.
Cameron has studied abroad in both Rome Italy and Nicaragua.

Joe Juarez has been with the ArcWest team since October 2015. He brings a multi‐disciplinary background and a highly diverse skill set, including two Master’s Degrees in Architecture and Urban Design.
Prior to ArcWest, Joe worked as a Research Assistant with the Colorado Center for Community Development. There he worked alongside fellow grad students and professionals providing design consultation to public organizations, developers and civic leaders across Denver Metro and the state of Colorado.
While pursuing his education, Joe had the opportunity to study local architecture in Italy. While there he worked on two projects in Gioiosa Marea, Sicily and Verona, Veneto, which involved proposing design solutions for sites suffering from major crisis.
Joe enjoys fishing and working on the computer in his free time.More Information
Mike Perry joined the ArcWest team in August 2017. After receiving his Bachelors and Masters of Architecture from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, Mike moved back to his hometown of New Orleans where he gained a year and a half of experience working on traditional New Orleans style homes at a local architecture firm.
During his spare time, Mike enjoys hiking, sketching / watercoloring and traveling to compete in ultimate Frisbee tournaments.More Information
Phillip Fowler joined the ArcWest team in January 2018. Before completing his Bachelor of Architecture degree at Woodbury University in Southern California, Phillip worked in the construction industry for 23 years. His construction exposure ranges from tile and stone industry professional to commercial construction site superintendent throughout the Los Angeles metropolitan area.
Phillip, his wife Terrie, and their cat Bailey, moved to Denver in summer 2017. They have enjoyed the outdoors and walks through many of the local parks.

Aracely Hernandez joined ArcWest in February 2018. She received a Bachelor of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado Boulder in 2015, and went on to receive a Master of Architecture from the University of Colorado Denver in 2017. Aracely worked as an intern for the City and County of Denver’s Policy, Planning and Sustainability Department as well as an architectural intern for RTD during her time as a graduate student.
Aracely grew up in Denver, Colorado. During her spare time, Aracely enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family (including her 18 year old chihuahua, Shakira, and her 3 year old corgi lab, Willow!), being an active member at CrossFit Lakewood and binge watching Law and Order: SVU!More Information
ShirleeJae started at ArcWest in July 2018 after moving to Denver from New York. She earned her professional Bachelors’ degree of Architecture at SUNY School of Technology in Alfred, NY. Just one week after graduating, she moved to Denver with her boyfriend, Adam, looking to take on the architectural opportunities available in this thriving city.
ShirleeJae likes to spend time cooking, hanging out with friends, checking out Denver’s music scene, and exploring many of the city’s event venues, museums, restaurants, and parks.
Erick Sherwood joined the ArcWest team in August 2019. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelors’ of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado. During his undergraduate career, Erick interned with professors to research urban redevelopment in Boulder, studied abroad in Rome, Italy, and completed an undergraduate honors thesis focusing on the role of architecture and planning in the Olympic Games.
